Linda Ferrando, the principal owner of LTF Entertainment Group, runs a consulting practice that specializes in artist management, label relations, marketing and branding. She concentrates on end to end project management, strategic social media planning, digital marketing, streaming, tours, sync licensing, creative operations, and music rights for clients on a global scale, handling all career aspects and day to day personal relations. With over 25 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry, Linda has a proven track record of innovative visual and audio marketing, propelling unknown and upcoming artists to multi-million platinum success. She's worked side by side with high level artists, major and indie record labels, agencies, brands, and media partners; creating full release campaigns, live events and TV specials, budget administration, contract negotiations, and providing executive leadership throughout.
In addition Linda has worked with tech companies, most notably Apple, where she supported Business Affairs Marketing and Communications as record label liaison for artist agreements, collaborating with in house marketing, sync licensing, project management, legal and business affairs, and production teams for various Apple Music marketing projects.
Prior to this Linda was Senior Vice President of Atlantic Records where she marketed every genre of music with a strong focus on live events, promotion, marketing, music videos, artist relations, artist development, and sync licensing. As executive department head she built and developed the Music Video Department, winning a multitude of artist VMA and BET Awards; as well as the Sync Department, which became a vastly copied team throughout other record labels. She managed the daily activities of a team of industry professionals, strategized game plans, handled all budgets and artist promotions and aggressively fought for maximum exposure of the artists to increase awareness, generating over 200 million sales. She played an integral part in the careers and development of the Atlantic Records roster and subsidiaries as well as for distributed label Interscope Record’s roster of artists.
Linda began her career as a DJ & Music Director at WSOU, at WKTU Radio in NY and in the Promotion Department at Polygram Records.
Linda has worked with a number of charitable and social causes including the Music Development team for The Greenwich Village School in NYC, the Greenwich Village Preservation Society, Common Hope, RAINN, TJ Martell, Higher Ground for Humanity, the City of Hope, a mentor for Xavier Mission Life Skills Training Program for homeless individuals, and liason for Gladney Center of Adoption’s Latin American program.
